Yes I'm yelling...YELLING!! Because I'm SO FREAKING EXCITED FOR

SHE SPEAKS FIRST EVER WOMEN'S RETREAT!!!!

After months, well actually years if I'm honest with myself I JUMPED out of my comfort zone and (in the words of Kacia Ghetmiri) into doing the damn thing. It's both terrifying and exhilarating. When? October 4th & 5th, 2024. Where? Alaskan Fishing Adventures Lodge in Ketchikan. What? This will be a small scale, limited space launch. We will have Pilates, Meditation, Workshops and so much more.
